No. TAC is a coaching and development program focused on performance, mindset, habits, leadership, and life readiness. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical mental health services.
What if my athlete misses a live session?

TAC is for athletes who:
• Feel pressure to “perform” and want tools to manage it
• Overthink, get stuck in their head, or struggle after mistakes
• Want stronger routines, discipline, and consistency

• Want support navigating recruiting, confidence dips, setbacks, or identity shifts

What Age Groups Are Served?
What is required for athletes under 18?
• A parent/guardian must complete the registration and consent process
• Sessions are recorded for enrolled participant access inside the TAC portal
• Community guidelines apply to all portal and chat features
• We prioritize a respectful, safe learning environment
What Will be Covered (12-Week Overview)?
Each week includes a live session + practice prompts + tools in the portal.
Weeks 1–3: Foundation + Identity
