Most athletes train the body. TAC trains the whole-athlete: the mindset, identity, habits, leadership, and emotional control that determines whether talent shows up consistently.

Is TAC therapy?
TAC is a personal development program. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical mental health services.
No problem. Replays and tools are available in the portal for enrolled participants.
Sessions are recorded for enrolled participant access inside the TAC portal, Community guidelines apply to all portal and chat features, We prioritize a respectful, safe learning environment.
Participants can expect to spend 60 minutes on weekly live sessions + 30 minutes on weekly prompt assignments between sessions.

TAC is for athletes who:
• Feel pressure to “perform” and want tools to manage it.
• Overthink, get stuck in their head, or struggle after mistakes.
• Want stronger routines, discipline, and consistency.
• Want to lead better and communicate better with coaches/teammates.
• Want support navigating recruiting, confidence dips, setbacks, or identity shifts.
• Want to build habits and mindsets that last beyond sports.

Middle school, high school, college, and emerging/pro athletes.
A parent/guardian must sign the participation consent forms for all participants under the age of 18 years old.

Weeks 1–3: Foundation + Identity.
